Now, just one more thing…

To finalize your submission, please remit the $30 Artist Fee, or $10 for Student Artist Fee (grades 9-12). This fee includes up to two pieces per artist for consideration, and includes one complimentary ticket ($60 value) to our opening reception on Thursday, October 1, 5-8pm.

Your submission is not complete without the Artist Submission Form and this confirmed payment. Thank you!

Upon Acceptance:

  • If your artwork is accepted into the show, you will be notified via email by August 30, 2026.

  • You will receive more detailed information for labeling artwork in a follow up email.

  • The drop-off date is Monday, September 28 from10-2pm ONLY at Hartlot Happening. The end-of-show pickup date will be October 3rd from 3-5pm.

Skarts reserves the right to edit artists’ statements for use on labels, Skarts PR, website, and social media. By submitting an entry, the artists grants permission to Skarts to photograph work for publicity purposes.
