Thank you for submitting the Artist Form.

Now, just one more thing…

To submit artwork, we request a $30 Artist Fee, $10 for Student Artists (grades 9-12). This fee allows up to two pieces for consideration, and includes one complimentary ticket ($60 value) to our opening reception on Thursday, September 25, 5-8pm. Your submission is not complete without the Artist Form and a confirmed payment. Thank you!

Upon Acceptance:

  • If your artwork is accepted into the show, you will be notified via email by August 30, 2025.

  • You will receive more detailed information for labeling artwork in a follow up email.

  • The drop-off date is Monday, September 22 from10-2pm ONLY at Hartlot Happening. The end-of-show pickup date will be September 27 from 3-5pm.

Conditions of Submitting:

Skarts reserves the right to edit artists’ statements for use on labels, Skarts PR, website, and social media. By submitting an entry, the artists grants permission to Skarts to photograph work for publicity purposes.
